Homer's Odyssey book clutch

Go on your own epic journey with Homer's Odyssey book clutch! This gorgeous little clutch features an original Odyssey book cover ( soft cover) that has been matched with a a vintage-inspired, diamante and gold evening clutch. This is a bespoke creation and looks very glamorous! This is one for the literature buffs and diehard fans.
 
Homer's Odyssey is one of the most enduring works in literature today - and is one of of two major ancient Greek epic poems attributed to Homer. It follows the Greek hero Odysseus and his journey home after the Trojan war. This is an epic work of literature and what better way to celebrate it with this classy evening book clutch. 
 
The clutch features a 55cm vintage-inspired shoulder chain and the gold-toned lapel is studded with diamantes. This is a slimline clutch, so will comfortably hold your coins, cards and cash and possibly a small phone ( check dimensions below). It also has a small slip pocket in which you could store cards or cash.

Care and Instructions:
To preserve the life of your unique book clutch, ensure that you avoid any water, spills or damp surfaces. The book cover is in its original form ( not laminated), a matte finish – so treat your clutch in the same way that you would a beloved and treasured book.

All books are sourced from second hand stores and pre-loved shops – so no new or unread books are damaged in the process. Yay to that! Clutches (unless specified in the description above) are also sourced from pre-loved stores and upcycled – part of the art of making a book clutch involves lovingly selecting clutches and purses that match the colour, theme and dimensions of the book. Please note: The upcycled purses/clutches and books may have minor flaws or imperfections consistent with their age, but this will not detract from their unique and beautiful, handmade look.
 
Manuscripts of books are reused for art projects, book sculptures and scrap booking, so nothing goes to waste. My business philosophy is to recycle and reuse – and to ultimately transform unloved books into wearable pieces of art for book fans to enjoy.
